Common questions
Does SyncGuard touch my QuickBooks data?+
No. The agent checks whether Web Connector is running and reads its log file. It never opens or changes your company file, and no financial data leaves the computer.
What does it run on?+
Windows computers running QuickBooks Desktop (Pro, Premier, Enterprise or Accountant) with QuickBooks Web Connector. QuickBooks Online doesn't use Web Connector, so you don't need it there.
What counts as a connector?+
One computer running Web Connector. Clients and alert contacts are unlimited on every plan.
Who gets the alerts?+
Anyone you add — you, your team, or your client's own staff. Each person can get email, text or both, for all clients or just one.
Is there a free trial?+

Do I need Fulfillt?+
